Accountabilities:

1.Input B/L detail in DCS System according to booking orders.

2.Release shipping order to Shipper/booking agent and submit EDI m/f to VSL Agency

3.Send draft B/L to shipper/booking agent and update B/L according to their feedback.

4.Complete manifests according to tally report within 1 working day after vessels sailing.

5.Check B/L VS CNTRs' POD exception report, stowage VS manifest CNTR exception report , exception report on T/S ports and final loading report with Operation.

6.Print out OB/L to issue and release OB/L to shippers/booking agents.

7.Submit manifest data to port of discharge & place of delivery.

8.Revise OB/L based on shippers/booking agents' written confirmation & L/G (if request).

9.Check the freight term of all shipments against the earning report ,any difference should be raised within 1 working day after earning report being received.

10.Make filing of all relevant documents within 2weeks after vessel sailing.

Essential Qualifications:
1) University graduates or master degree graduate, prefer those graduated in maritime universities majored in international shipping.

2) English: CET-6,Higher level in oral and written English and Chinese language.

3) Open minded person with vibrant, energetic and pro-active personality.

4) Computer: MS Office, e-mail skill
