JOB OBJECTIVES:
He/She is managing the Project Controlling/Scheduling team including the document control team. Ensures that the procedures and tools are up to date. Provides the project controllers/project planners and document controllers for the investment projects and ensures proper control services including necessary project reporting and project change management for the investment projects. He/She is performing and/or managing the analysis of planning and cost for projects developing (parts of) chemical plants with a focus on support of project management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Select, guide and develop project controllers and planners with his/her team.
2. Develop and update the controls tools inclusief feed back into the cost engineering data base of cost engineering.
3. Provide Control Services to the capital investment projects.
4. Perform the change management for the capital investment projects.
5. Review reports produced by the project controllers within the team.
6. Provide assistance to the control team in GTE.
7. Leading a team of up to 15 persons within the BASF organization.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor degree with major in chemical process or chemical engineering mandatory;
2. At least more than 10 years work experiences in project control
3. Having experience on engagement of large project is an advantage;
4. Good command of English both in writing and speaking;
5. Team player, but working independently with focus on result and achievement;
6. Skilled and experience in relevant software/tools like MS Projects, MS Office and SA
7. Strong communication skills and conflict-handling skills.
