JOB OBJECTIVES:
Support management of the EVN product portfolio to achieve the absolute cCM1 and cCM1 intensity targets for individual sub-regions and Asia-Pacific.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive and Support the Regional Product Manager EVN in:
l.Regularly interface with Sales, Industry Marketing, Controlling, Supply Chain, Technical Center, Regional Production, and Global Product Management to support maximization of contribution margin and implementation of SBU strategies in Asia Pacific
2.Update regional price list and monitor pricing policy according to business rules
3.Monitor product cost evolution (feedstock, transportation, etc) and cCM1 development
4.Support continuous optimization of regional product portfolio, and provide guidance to sales team for basic product selection
5.Work with supply points and SCM, responsible for product allocation in the region in case of shortage
6.Support implementation of Colorants projects (Coral, re-branding, etc) in the region
7.Review, challenge and validate regional sales forecast prepared by country sales team
8.Consolidate competitive intelligence as basis for regional strategy
9.Support existing third-party sourcing activities and seek for new opportunities in the region
10.Register and maintain data in system if needed
11.Support coordination with other divisions (ED, KT, etc)


REQUIREMENTS:
1.Bachelor degree in Chemistry or chemical engineering / technology
2.Good command of written and spoken English is essential
3.Minimum 5 years working experience in Chemical industry, preferably in Plastics or Colorants field
4.Self-motivated and self-learning capability
5.Able to work under pressure
6.Good command of English
7.Good communication and interpersonal skills
