JOB OBJECTIVES:
Developing, setting up and monitoring quality systems to ensure the highest quality standards of our products, processes and services, along our overall value chain.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Build up continuous improvement processes covering all BSC process levels
2.Implement a risk management system to prevent quality problem at product level
3.Maintain and improve a Quality Management System which fulfills the Automotive OEM requirements very strictly
4.Optimize quality management system, define and improve quality weaknesses
5.Manage and improve statistical process control programs
6.Develop product quality strategies, internal processes, and metrics to improve the continuous improvement of the Company's quality performance
7.Set up annual product quality plans to include measuring and benchmarking of manufacturing performance
8.Monitor and report product quality based upon pre-defined metrics and KPI
9.Ensure appropriate and cost-efficient inspection, sampling and of testing raw materials, intermediates and finished goods
10.Track (Monitoring chart) of quality indicators (product and processes)
11.Plan, inspect and control of relevant equipment calibration (all company)
12.Implement corrective action plan derived from root cause analysis
13.Manage customer complaints (start to completion)
14.Carry out Product and Process Failure Mode Analysis (FMEA)
15.Monitor the Cost of Poor Quality (e.g. inventories, return goods)
16.Prepare, coordinate and follow-up internal and client Quality Audits, set up internal Quality Audit system throughout the Company
REQUIREMENTS:
1.Bachelor degree or above, preferable major in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
2.At least 8 years relevant working experience
3.Six Sigma or/and Kaizan experience, (BB or GB, minimum White Belt)
4.Statistical skills (SPC, MSA, DOE etc.); TS 16949 Internal Auditor
5.FORD Q1 experience preferred
6.Quality System, Quality Control for manufacturing, deep understanding of Chemical and Automotive industry requirements
7.Familiar with TS 16949 and additional manuals of QS 9000 and other Automotive OEM QMS standards
