Graphic Designer - Kidswear, sleepwear

A top 100 ASX listed company; with 67 stores Australia wide is looking for a Graphic Designer to join the Shanghai Global Sourcing Office Team. Myer strategic growth plans for the next five years has a significant store expansion program and growth in our exclusive brand offer. To support this strategic direction Global Sourcing Offices are being established in Hong Kong and Shanghai.

Key job tasks/duties/responsibilities:

Creative with fashion sense- mainly focus on kidswear, sleepwear
Create ranges for Kids(0-16 years old)
5+ year experience in apparel industry;
Have basic acknowledge of fabric, print patten & kids safety.
Oversee output of designs with headquarter team to ensure designs are interpreted well-fashion background is essential.
familiar with AU.UK market will be excellent.
Work closely with Line Manager/Merchandiser/designer team in headquarter


To be successful in this role you will need:

Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
A high level of attention to detail
A confident and proactive work ethic
Strong organisational skills
Able to prioritise workloads
Tertiary qualification, degree in the related discipline preferred but not essential
English, Cantonese and Mandarin
