Responsibilities:

职位责任：

• Design and execute antibody discovery and/or engineering (eg affinity maturation, humanization) campaigns using in vitro display technologies for lead antibody discovery/selection/development.

• 应用体外展示技术，针对药物靶点进行先导抗体发现/筛选/发展，设计和执行抗体发现和（或）改造（如亲和力成熟和人源化等）。

• Perform library construction, PCR sequencing and cloning of antibodies for production in E.coli or mammalian cells.

• 进行抗体库构建，PCR测序，在细菌或哺乳动物细胞中表达和纯化重组抗体。

• Perform downstream biophysical characterization of antibodies using ELISA, FACS, binding kinetics (Biacore) using label free technology, measuring protein stability and specificity

• 进行抗体理化性质评价，采用免标技术如ELISA，FACS，结合动力学（Biacore）等确定蛋白稳定性和特异性。

• Ideal candidate will have ability to collaborate with Biologics/In-vivo groups to develop and implement research to gain a detailed mechanistic understanding of the molecular pharmacology of therapeutic molecules

• 理想的候选人具备与Biologics / In-vivo团队合作开发和实施研究的能力，以获得对药物分子的分子药理学的详细机制理解

• Maintain laboratory notebooks and records to support technology transfer to internal or external groups as well as to support regulatory filing

• 维护实验室笔记本和记录，以支持向内部或外部团体的技术转移，并支持监管备案

 

Requirements:

任职要求：

• M.S. degree in antibody technology, cell biology, molecular biology, protein science or B.S. with antibody-related experience is required.

• 要求具有抗体技术、细胞生物学、分子生物学, 蛋白质学研究背景的理科硕士学历或具有相关抗体制备工作经验的理科学士学历。

• Hands-on experience with in-vitro antibody discovery display technologies (e.g., phage, yeast，mammalian-cell display) is highly preferred.

• 优先考虑在具有体外抗体展示技术（噬菌体、酵母和哺乳动物细胞展示）有实际操作经验者。

• Familiar with recombinant protein expression in E. coli or mammalian system.

• 熟悉原核或真核重组蛋白表达系统。

• Hands-on experience in antibody technology lab work such as ELISA, FACS, Western and SPR.

• 在ELISA、FACS、Western和SPR等方面有实际操作经验。

• This position may work together with cellular function screening group, protein production group and protein bioanalytical group.

• 该职位可能会与细胞功能筛查组、蛋白质生产组级蛋白质分析组一起工作。

• Good literature skill in antibody technology and cancer drug discovery.

• 良好的抗体技术及抗肿瘤药物相关的文献查阅能力。
