职责描述：

REPORTS TO:

Demand Planning Manager

Merchandising/Amer Sports China

LOCATION:

Shanghai, China

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

- Assistant Demand planning manager to build up and maintain the true demand planning of dedicated brand. Develop Category and franchise Demand Plan. This includes long and short term product lifecycle management at various levels

- Be responsible of merchandising in season operation success and flow( Analysis, purchasing, stock management and S&OP)

- Develop an integrated purchase planning and inventory management process that effectively support category strategy, priorities and profitability objectives

- Participate in all lifecycle management activities and manage End 2 End operations for the category

- Create insights & tools that consider product acumen, consumer knowledge & business analytics

- Forecasting system implementation.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

- Strong functional knowledge of “know-how”

- High level of forecasting skill

- Strong business sense and result oriented.

- Strong communication skills

- Believer and effective driver of matrix cross-functional collaboration

DESIRED WORKING EXPERIENCE:

- About 5 years relevant experience.

- Good data analysis skills.

- Attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility.

- Strong interpersonal & communication skills.

- Good MS Office operation skills (Word, Excel etc.)

- Good English in writing and speaking.

MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

- University degree
