KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible for promoting sales of Jiahui exclusive individual and group medical insurance products in insurance sales channels (i.e. sales teams of insurance companies, insurance brokers, insurance agencies and etc.,)

2. Introduce Jiahui exclusive individual and group medical insurance to corporates and other business partners.

3. Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new insurance sales channels, provide necessary support to sales channels.

4. Through channels to drive in volume target in insured members of Jiahui exclusive insurances.

5. Oversee the performance of each channel, setting up regular review to drive consistent output, tracking sales progress.

6. Plan and organize events for potential insurance clients.

7. Clients' experience and satisfaction feedback and discuss with relevant dept. and insurance partners for product and service enhancement.

8. Provide after-sales service to group and individual clients of Jiahui exclusive medical insurance.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor’s Degree or above.

2. Minimum three years of experience working in high-end medical insurance sales with strong relationship in high-end medical insurance sales channels.

3. Good relationship building, able to connect with customers.

4. Excellent communication ability.

5. Excellent analytical skills.

6. Detail oriented, able to settle in and focus on task

7. Independent, able to handle multiple tasks individually.

8. Language: Chinese (Mandarin: written, spoken); English (spoken and written)

9. Self-starter, goal-getter, problem solver.

10. Upheld the highest level of ethical standards and conduct him/herself in a professional manner at all times

嘉会医疗（杨浦）目前设有全科、内科、外科、妇科、儿科、消化内科、口腔科、皮肤科、耳鼻咽喉科、中医康复科、医学影像科等多个科室，并增设CT、MRI等大型影像设备。我们的医师来自海内外知名医疗机构，拥有丰富的临床经验，并能使用多种语言。
