职位描述
Responsibility:
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to prepare and publish internal stories for Intranet and E-newsletter;
Work close with PR agency to prepare press releases and follow up; other project-related media operational work;
Support Corporate Communications team on the full spectrum of communications matters, such as event management and other marketing initiatives;
Support vendor management, such as contract, invoicing
Requirement for candidate：
Education level: Bachelor degree or above
Language requirement: Good written and oral skills in both Chinese and English.
Business travel requirement: No
Related work experience: Minimum 2-3 years' experience in communications, public relations or journalism fields
Skill & technical competence: Good interpersonal skills and coordination ability;
Good written and oral skills in both Chinese and English;
Essential behavior competence: Self-motivated, proactive quick learner.
