职位描述
Scope:
The Supply & inventory planner is responsible for securing the supply and meeting the service level requirements for customers with healthy inventory structure.
The planner works with manufacturing, quality, planning, purchase in the plant and other functions to develop MPS plan and optimize safety stock and also to achieve targeted service level.
The planner will minimize OSMI inventory and proactively address any issues. The position is responsible for the accuracy and integrity of all applicable master data related to Inventory Planning and inventory optimization in ERP system, to achieve optimal service.
The planner works closely with logistics, the commercial/residential team and demand planning team to understand, respond and expedite actual and projected forecast changes, new business, and key customer requirements.
The planner is a key participant and contributor to the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning Process (SIOP). The planner works closely with Procurement team to balance cost and service objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
Seasonal MPS / Inventory Plan
- Structure better serve consumers and maximize the growth and profitability of the integrated marketplace through optimized supply and inventory. Support Marketing promotion demand.
- Collect the demands from demands planning and relate department seasonally, draft MPS plan and maintain inventory plan in supply chain and dealer side.
- Maintain weekly MPS attainment reports, coordinate with production and quality team to solve problem in daily production.
- Weekly update purchasing plan to be 100% align with demand. Monitoring Purchase order/Work order on time rate.
- Provide change report to relate person for their order adjustment if any change/drop information. And have the PDCA cycle.
- Allocation issues and maintain it 100% correct.
Data Analysis & Process Improvement
- Manage Manufactory Master Date, work with PM/CM/OA and other team to make sure the master data correct and efficient for this business, and the New SKU creation go smoothly.
- Generate insight from data mart by advanced data analysis
- Develop mutli-dimension reports to handle dynamic business
- Work with relate function (Logistic, OM, Process Management Team, etc) on special project and make sure everything moves smoothly.
- New initiative driving
Project Management
- Lead the continuous improvement on Runner Stock Replenish System, design diverse method to fit different features of material systematically. (2 Bin, VMI/SOMI, Milk Run…)
- Lead the strategic project Configure to Order, practice PFEP and build capability for key product family.
- Lead the others projects as the leader to contribute to the business and inventory purpose.
Requirements:
Over 3 years working experience in inventory control and materials planning.
- Bachelor/Master degree graduate.
- Familiar with EPR system especially material and warehouse module Computer skill especially excel
- Proven written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Computer skill especially Microsoft office.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills and a self-motivation.
