1. Primary Purpose of Job (Job Summary)

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. ·

Assists in preparing the documents to obtain the permits of RICS new building ·

Assists in drafting SHE related documents and procedures for new building, compliance with local regulations and with Roche SHE provisions ·

Assists in preparation, review, summary for internal audit for SHE ·

Perform related duties as assigned or required.

2. Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities

Supporting Site SHE officer in SHE matters. ·

Supporting line management in SHE training for employees. ·

Promoting SHE Management System in the company based on the local and global Roche SHE objectives and goals. · Conducting periodic SHE inspections.

· Reporting critical SHE situations and support to address it.

· Support SHE Manager to build up and maintain SHE Management System.

· Support to issue work permit if required.

· Interpretation of local regulations and internal requirements: ü Study the local regulations and maintain a compliance inventory Roche internal requirements and develop a request list ü Interpret the SHE team the various requirements and work together for a full compliance

· Other tasks on SHE related.

3. Qualification and Experience 能力与经验

· University education background

· Major in safety or environment or chemical or engineering or other SHE related

· Good leadership skill and coordination skill within the department and cross functions Job Required Competencies岗位所需胜任力

· Professional skills in SHE related,

o Knowledge in broad scope of laboratory safety topics and general experience in risk assessment.

o Experience working with hazardous materials (e.g. dangerous chemicals and biological materials).

o Experience with development of trainings, policies, guidelines, procedures, SOPs, fact sheets and manuals on a variety of laboratory safety related topics.

o Experience responding to emergency incidents and ability to ensure that proper safety methods and procedures are followed; ability to prepare incident investigation reports as requested or required.

· 2 years of experience in Chemical or biology laboratory safety in a research environment.

· Good English in listening, speaking, reading and writing

· Good computer skill

· Strong coordination skill within the department and cross functions

2020年3月，美国食品药品管理局（FDA）已为珀金埃尔默研发的新型冠状病毒核酸检测试剂盒（RT-PCR）批准了紧急使用授权（EUA）。同时，该新型冠状病毒核酸检测试剂盒作为一种体外诊断（IVD）设备，满足欧盟体外诊断试剂指令（IVDD）的要求，并获得欧盟市场的准入资格，且于4月被正式列入WHO应急使用清单（EUL，Emergency Use Listing）。
2020年8月国际著名期刊《Nature Biotechnology》发表了关于全球获批新冠病毒核酸检测试剂盒性能对比研究：珀金埃尔默研发的核酸检测试剂盒，以0.009copies/μL最低检测限（LoD）的显著优势排名全球***，为全球最灵敏新冠病毒核酸检测试剂盒。
