Job Description

- Monitor the wholesale dealer risk through financial analysis, operational analysis

- Build up high risk dealer alarm mechanism to early identify potential risk and take appropriate mitigation actions

- Work closely with cross functions (Sales team, FP team) to finish high risk dealer report. Follow up high risk dealers’ payment and action plan

- Prepare dealer monthly monitoring report and send to management team

- Assist team member to prepare Risk Management Committee materials and Meeting minutes

- Cooperate with IS, gather data from the system, support Senior Risk Analyst on business analysis

- Assist in developing risk management training materials

- Perform other work tasks assigned by the superior

Qualifications

- University degree, with major in Finance and operation/finance related training

- Related working experience of credit evaluation in banking, financial institution and joint venture is preferred

- Aware of the knowledge of auto financial product pricing model and analysis, understand tools and knowledge of statistics

- Basic knowledge of finance

- Basic communication skills and time management skills

- Strong financial analysis and research capacity

- Good communication skills and team work spirit

- Able to work under pressure and suitable for business trip to handle high risk dealer issue

- Good PC skills with an analytical mind

- Excellent English both orally and in written form

岗位职责

- 通过经销商的财务分析和运营分析，监控库存经销商的风险

- 建立高风险经销商预警机制，识别潜在风险并采取合理的风险防控措施

- 同销售和运营部门紧密合作，完成高风险经销商报告。跟进高风险经销商的还款和风控行动

- 准备月度的高风险经销商报告，提交给管理层

- 协助团队成员准备风险管理委员会及审贷会材料及会议纪要

- 协调IS部门，从系统导出有关数据，协助高级风险管理员的分析工作

- 协助制作风险管理相关培训材料

- 执行上司安排的其他工作任务

岗位任职资格

- 大学本科以上学历，获得过运营/金融/财务相关的培训

- 有一定的银行、金融机构、跨国企业有关信贷评估的工作经验

- 具备金融学基础知识

- 基本的沟通及时间管理能力

- 有较强的财务分析技巧和调研能力

- 有较强沟通技巧和团队合作精神

- 在处理高风险经销商中能接受出差并承受工作压力

- 熟练的电脑技巧，并具分析意识

- 优秀的英语书面和口头表达能力
