职位描述
1、熟悉写字楼、商场、和房屋结构，水电设施，管线走向；
2、负责辖区内关于木、瓦、水、电、焊等方面的小修小补；
3、负责对辖区内公用部位设施设备的巡视和保养；
4、服从领导安排,包括班次调动,专业调整,完成上级交代的其他临时工作。
职位要求：
1、具有2年及以上写字楼/商场/小区物业相关工作经验的；
2、具有一定能抗压能力及吃苦耐劳精神；
3、良好的团队合作精神。
