Responsibilities:

 

1. Check of customer requirements for hydraulic components (axial piston motors and pumps as well as control valves / valve blocks) and drive components like planetary gearboxes for different drivers like slewing drivers, rope winches and travel drivers

2. Co-ordinate long term new product and technology development and launch product planning

3. Liaise with technical and production departments in regard to improvement feedbacks / complaints

4. Acquire new customers in construction, mining and offshore industry according to the instructions of the responsible Area Sales Manager

5. Process and conclude sales projects, follow up of offer

6. Acquire and maintain effective and successful relationships with customers

7. Propose technical solutions of single components / complete hydraulic system to customers

8. Cooperate with the responsible sales engineers at the manufacturing plants / competence center on technical level throughout the design, prototype and production phase

9. Technical support of sales organization during commercial negotiations

10. Supervise and organize customers audits, first article inspections and conduct technical supervision of serial production

11. Support of after sales service

12. Provide training to sales / service team or agents

13. Support sales organization at market surveys

14. Organize product exhibitions, shows or similar promotion events with other departments

15. Provide the Professional Supervisor with strategic market analysis and research

     

     

    Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above

2. Machinery Engineering, Electrical Engineering or comparable professional experience

3. At least 6 years working experience in cross-cultural business environment, perfect technical understanding, marketing of hydraulic components

4. Knowledge about customs and foreign trade terms

5. Be familiar with mechanical engineering

6. Proficient knowledge about hydraulic components and their applications in construction machines

7. Be familiar with marketing of technical products in China

8. Fluent Chinese and good English in speaking and writing, German skills are preferable

9. Communication and negotiation skills

10. Proficient computer skills
