Job Title

Consumer Assistant Manager

Reports to

Segment Manager, Consumer

General Purpose of the Job

Responsible for off-line and O2O business development to achieve sales target, keep good relationship with internal and external customers. 

Main Responsibility Areas

1.CREATE STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH DISTRIBUTORS, INCLUDING DEVELOPING THE NEW ONES AND MAINTAIN THE OLD ONES. 

2.CREATE/IMPLEMENT ACTIONS PLANS WITH DISTRIBUTORS TO GROW SALES AND KEY ACCOUNT MARKET SHARE.

3.IMPLEMENT TRAINING PROGRAMS THAT INCLUDE PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE, MARKETING ACTIVITIES, AND BUSINESS PROCESSES. 

4.Assist Segment Manager to take care of SOME ON-LINE BUSINESS and other functional partners on consumer relationship management programs, such as ant not limited to membership, loyalty program, e-newsletter, e-coupon, consumer survey, etc.

Needed Competencies

- Excellent communication and coordination skills; 

- With a strong sense of sales and service; have good resource of dealers in luxury home appliance or upmarket sports apparatus.

- Rich customer service, offline dealers, retail expertise, familiar with customer and dealers relationship development and management principles and methods;

- Speak proficient English & familiar with SAP system is a plus

Education

University degree

Needed Work Experience

Above 5 years relative working experience of key account management in a senior level position 

Scope of work

Coordinate with business team to handle all customer service issues in China
