职位描述
Position Objective:
Lead the administration team for integration project, do the planning, organizing, providing leadership and controlling all administrative function.
Lead the Admin team to provide effective and excellent services to associates.
Accountabilities:
Leadership
? Lead the administration team to provide effective and excellent services.
? Coach and ensure the team to embrace and apply Compliance in daily services and contact with vendors.
Administration Operation
? Responsible for Admin team development & work improvement.
? Formulate kinds of office administration policy and execute the policy.
? Work on the annual budget of office administration for regional offices Monitor Admin and common share related monthly payment and misc. reports, ensure the quality and accuracy.
? Cooperate & coordinate with various business and Capability teams on office renovation and moving projects.
? Ensure office environment & security to be safe, and work with EHS team on EHS activities and processes.
? Continuous improve and refine systems and processes related with office management.
? Supervise or evaluate Admin related vendors, to deliver qualified service.
? Organize the public activities: donation, volunteers activities, etc.
? Organize company events: regional meeting, outing, annual party, etc.
