1、 全面了解公司流程，按照稽核体系对于各项目点的服务质量及流程执行进行评估； 

2、 对于项目点人员、设备的管理规范性进行核查，维护公司服务标准的一致性；

3、 参加项目月度例会，对项目点人员进行项目安全条例的宣导并追踪执行；

4、 进行服务质量评价追踪，定期与各客户沟通，完成客户满意度调查；

5、 发现影响或可能影响公司损失方面的问题点提出改善建议，避免公司利益受损；

6、 对于客户投诉事件进行调查、分析、追踪改进汇报；

7、 完成月度项目点稽查、季度汇总分析报告及追踪项目点问题改善；

8、 更新维护稽查体系相关流程及表单；

9、 完成领导交办的其他工作。

任职资格:

1、 8年以上服务行业大型连锁品牌相关工作经验，担任门店负责人5年以上；

2、 良好的服务意识，丰富的管理经验和突发事件处理能力；

3、 为人正直、责任心强，有严格的做事行为准则；

4、 性格开朗大方，较强的领导、沟通、协调能力；

5、 能够承受一定压力，有较强的环境适应、学习能力；

6、 熟悉OFFICE办公软件操作，有一定的撰写评估流程和分析报告的能力；

7、 有驾照并能熟练驾驶。
