• 负责开发、管理、优化供应商渠道，为公司提供高标准的供应商；

• 制定采购年度计划、预算；

• 组织商务谈判（包括合同签订，价格，交期，品质，交货及付款方式等）并督促供应商严格按照合同要求执行，以实现有效的合同目标；

• 完善公司采购制度，制定并优化采购流程，控制采购质量与成本；

• 供应商关系管理与维护,组织对供应商进行评估、认证、管理及考核；

• 库存控制及盘点管理；

• 熟悉供应链管理各环节的相关流程，能够对生产、采购、物流等方面资源进行有效规划、整合及优化。

  任职要求：

• 本科以上学历，管理类、贸易类、供应链类相关专业；

• 5年以上食品原材料采购经理或主管经验，外资餐饮或食品行业采购背景优先；

• 熟悉供应商管理流程；

• 出色的分析、沟通、协调、谈判和领导能力；

• 良好的人际沟通、交往能力，高度的工作热情，良好的团队合作精神，较强的抗压能力；

• 具备较强的沟通协调能力和市场开拓能力，有强烈的责任心，原则性强。

As a renowned public listed company in Singapore, SATS handles 80% of scheduled flights and serves about 50 of the scheduled 68 airlines out of Singapore. Ethnic specialty kitchens – catering to Chinese, Thai, Indian, Muslim, Japanese and other cuisines.
SATS sees tremendous growth opportunities outside of Singapore and the non-aviation fast/casual food service segment has been identified as a fast growing industry in China. Apart from providing services to various Chinese and foreign airlines at the airports in China, SATS has established various joint-ventures, acquired companies and also build our own central kitchens in different parts of China. At the end of 2018, SATS has also established its Greater China Regional Headquarters in Shanghai to better manage the different entities and also chart the strategies for more aggressive growth moving forward.
