Job Scope:
Assist line manager to plan and execute marketing initiatives based on aligned China marketing strategies, including marketing communication, trade marketing and digital marketing for China residential and commercial business.

Principal Responsibilities:
? Marketing promotions/events proposal and execution including online and offline for both residential and commercial business
? Plan and develop digital contents, work with in-house designers and/or outsourcing agencies to develop digital materials consolidated with contents
? Execute digital marketing activities of WeChat, Weibo, Website, in-Tmall/JD, vertical websites/apps/channels, video platforms, etc. to build up brand awareness, improve iWOM, engage consumer and recruit new users/followers
? Work with in-house designers and/or outsourcing agencies to develop related marketing materials such as sales tools, marketing literatures, advertisements, videos, retail in-stores display tools etc.
? Plan, lead and implement trade marketing activities and manage marketing promotion channels
? Work with product managers to support launch toolkits development, such as: product catalogue, promotion materials and provide advice on product marketing
? Support to manage marketing budget
? Identify and support press/article opportunities through press releases, interviews, media talking points, etc.
? Trademark protection; support branding related activities
? Industrial associations liaison and network to internal customers
? Corporate communication project involvement once required

Qualifications:
? Bachelor or above major in Marketing, Business Management etc.
? 5 years working experiences in marketing communication, digital marketing, trade marketing; preferred experiences in consumer industry.
? Strong marketing sense, result oriented, good analysis skill
? Good concept in digital marketing, branding
? Good written/presentation skills in both Chinese and English
? Good communication skill
? Good team work, self-driven and hands-on
