• Take customers’ orders and liaise with other CSC functions to , inform the customer promptly in case of delays or problems.

• Take responsibility to manage credit note under company policy to ensure the non-value added activity and service failure are made minimum

• Take responsibility to ensure accurate billing is provided to customer in a timely and consistent manner

• Organize customer survey and report results to business management team for further customer needs

• Achieves personal and team targets regarding internal monitor system

• Providing related sales support as required

• Perform other assignments and duties as required by his / her supervisors or the company

Required key skills (functional/technical)

• Typically 3+ years experience in customer service /commercial, or related functions

• Advanced Excel/PowerPoint/Access Skills

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Excellent communication skills –written and verbal in English

• SAP knowledge, an understanding of basic accounting knowledge is desirable

• Able to work under pressure / perform to deadlines

• Problem solving ability

• Market awareness and broad networking skills
