 1.负责所辖区域所有门店（NKA系统门店）的执行

2.紧密与KA计划团队沟通，提升门店VPO 

3.管理区域销售费用，不断提升效能

4.整合总部/区域资源为团队提供有效支持

5.设定并管理下属绩效，定期评估反馈。 

6.培训并发展团队。通过跟线辅导、一对一、团队会议分享经验、提升团队技能； 

7.完成上级交办的其他任务。

任职要求：

1.大专及以上学历；

2.3年以上快速消费品行业销售经验，其中1年以上KA渠道销售管理经验；

3.良好的沟通，协调，执行及团队管理能力； 

4.具备一定的数据分析及市场洞察能力； 

5.熟练使用officer办公软件。

Vitasoy establish its first Mainland China manufacturing plant in 1994.
