Responsibilities:

1. Achieve production budget designated to this channel

2. Develop and implement broker strategies and action plans in local market

3. Maintain and develop business relations with brokers firms and domestic insurers across Zhejiang province

4. Co-ordinate with PCs on major multi-line accounts

5. Achieve and maintain customer satisfaction through quality customer services

6. Work closely with PC underwriters, exploit reinsurance and co- insurance opportunities in Zhejiang markets

7. Closely monitor the premium collection

8. Promote and develop multinational business in Zhejiang markets



Requirements:



1. University graduate, preferably a MBA from reputable schools

2. 10 years or above working experience in insurance companies, preferably with production underwriting or brokerage background

3. Excellent presentation skills both in English and Chinese

4. Good interpersonal skills;

5. Proactive, and self driven

6. Hangzhou based and willing to travel
