Reporting structure & key relationships

Report to GTS manager.

Job Description & Responsibilities

· Work collaboratively with other team members and delivery staff to deliver high quality products

· Create test plans in collaboration with systems engineering requirements and design process

· Ensure the projects meet the specific business requirements - design and execute manual and automated test cases and test scripts

· Write effective test reports and ongoing testing documents,and provide timely information to project teams

· Report and investigate bugs with the bug tracking system

Configure and troubleshoot software test environments as needed

Requirements

· Recognized university degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines

· At least three years’ work experience in software testing

· Comprehensive understanding of the software development life cycle and quality assurance process and methodology

· Experience with automation test tools

· Knowledge in .Net, SQL Server, HTML and XML

· Knowledge in Lotus Notes is a plus
