岗位职责：

1. 负责业务系统日常运行监控、维护、故障处理；

2. 负责与业务团队沟通系统开发需求；

3. 负责对各业务部门对系统操作进行培训；

4. 负责根据业务需求，编写测试案例，完成测试过程及测试文档；

5. 分析系统运行状态，配合供应商制定系统优化方案；

6. 熟悉监管要求，编写系统应急预案，并对突发事件进行处置；

7. 向IT运维负责人或其他领导汇报工作计划和阶段性工作报告；

8. 负责与系统供应商协调、沟通工作；

9. 安排供应商相关维护事宜

10. 协助条线主管领导完成其他相关任务。

岗位要求：

1. 大学本科以上学历；

2. 计算机相关专业；

3. 三年以上金融行业系统开发及运维管理工作经验；

4. 流利的英语书面和口头表达，CET-4以上；

5. 具有良好的职业素养，敢于承担责任，善于团队协作，能接受加班；

6. 掌握IT管理的相关知识体系，能够实际运用ITIL运维、项目管理方法；

7. 熟悉主流IT技术，如Java、SQL数据库、shell脚本技术；

8. 熟悉银行贷款业务，尤其是汽车金融业务优先；

Job Responsibilities

1.      Regular operation and maintenance management system review;

2.      The establishment of daily working mechanism within the business team to ensure effective communication and coordination of staff within the team, and business team to establish a good working interface;

3.      Plan and organize the exchange and training of business team and operation and maintenance technical team;

4.      According to business needs to write test cases and complete the testing procedure;

5.      Effectively manage supplier to ensure the smooth operation of the company's business;

6.      Familiar with the supervision requirement, and timely and effectively solve the system problems;

7.      Repot to IS leaders on working plan results

8.      The organization and maintenance of the project team transfer;

9.      To maintain effective communication with vendors;

10.   Cooperate with line manager to finish other taskes.

Job Requirements

1.      Bachelor degree or above

2.      Majored in computer

3.      More than 6 years’ experience in software system operation and maintenance, software development experience in financial industry is preferred

4.      Fluent in oral and written English with CET-4

5.      With high professional ethics, being ready to undertake responsibility and work over time

6.      Be equipped with sound IT knowledge and being familiar with ITIL and p5oject management methods.

7.      Familiar with mainstream IT technology, like Java, SQL, shell.

8.      Familiar with bank loan business, especially auto finance business.
