Responsibilities:

- Perform day-to-day HR administrative tasks with requested quality standard by Acxiom;
- Assist in implementation of key HR policies / procedures / programs / systems of Acxiom;
- Assist in initiate local HR policies / procedures / programs as per local legislative or business requirements.


Experience and / or Qualifications Required:

- Bachelor degree; 3-5 years hands-on experience as HR generalist with sound knowledge of HR foundations (key HR processes) and local labor laws / regulations.
- Fluent English (both written and spoken) and good PC skills (Micro-soft Office); Strong inter-personal skills (skills to communicate with associates at all levels)
