Job Title: PT Inside Sales

Division: Standards 标准品

Report to: Senior PT Specialist

Location: Shanghai 上海

Job Description：

• Work with internal functions to handle routine customer enquiries, including but not limited to product information and quotation

  和公司内部职能部门合作，处理日常客户问询, 包括但不限于提供产品信息和报价

• Support PT Specialists to manage existing customers, including regular email campaign and telemarketing

配合产品专员管理现有客户，包括定期的邮件/电话回访，新闻稿/直邮的发送等

• Acquire new customer through cold call and customer visit (when needed)

  通过电话销售和外出拜访（如果需要）获取新客户

• Follow up orders and ensure proper customer service level

  跟踪并推进订单进度，确保客户获得满意服务

• Support PT related marketing activities, such as exhibitions and seminars.

  支持产品线相关的展览会/研讨会等市场推广活动

• Support social media campaigns and manage social media content

  支持社交媒体推广并管理社交媒体内容

Qualification：

？ Education: Chemistry/Biology Bachelor Degree or above

化学/生物类/英语专业本科及以上学历

？ Skilled mastery of Microsoft Office

熟练运用办公室软件

？ At least 3 years of related working experience, experience with Proficiency Testing will be a huge plus.

至少三年相关工作经验，有能力验证工作经验更优

？ Effective in communication and good interpersonal skill

良好的人际交往及沟通能力

？ Fluent in English, spoken and written

英语口语、书写能力佳
