汇报中国区CFO,

1. Job Purpose & Goal

Provide cost calculation support to Front End Europe

Provide error-free and on-time support to Front End Europe

2. Key Accountabilities (Tasks & Responsibilities)

Operations/ Professional/ Business

Study of Customer data

Generate of cost calculation

Support in cost reduction study/proposal

Any other assigned tasks assigned by the company

3. KSA (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)

3.1 Education / Qualification

Commercial education or University degree in business economics

3.2 Work Experience

3 to 5 years of relevant experience for Diploma graduates.

3.3 Methods & Programs (e.g. Project Management, SAP, MS Office…)

Compliance with MS-Office

SAP

3.4 Skills (e.g. convincing, teamwork, flexibility, leadership skills, languages)

Knowledge of Genesis, InCAM, Data Input and Analysis

Good communication skills

Detail oriented, methodically working, stringent

Ability for own responsible activities and flexibility in daily work

Required language skills: Good English and Mandarin in speaking, reading and writing. German will be an added advantage.

职位二：财务控制 Controller 大型欧洲企业（该职位1年后升到经理）

汇报中国区CFO, 下属：以后5人

Duties and Responsibilities:

1- Perform and improve month-end closing tasks in SAP-CO module / BOFC

2- Monthly analysis such as deviations actual vs. budget/RFCST. Prepare performance evaluation (KPI report) and drive internal process improvement

3- Report on risks and losses in the operational processes (scrap, inventory differences, supplier performance, quality costs, missing parts, inefficiencies, inventory values etc.)

4- Be responsible for cost controlling analysis and propose possible measures to increase profitability

5- Participate in annual budget calculation / year-end-closing / yearly cost calculation

6- Ensure correctness and completeness of CO master data, including standard costs

7- Analysis and improvements of business processes performed in SAP

8- Collaboration and support for business partners in various departments for controlling related topics also including internal and external audits

Qualification:

The ideal candidate is likely to have the following competences:

1- Bachelor or above in Finance, accounting

2- 5 years work experience in a production company

3- Experience in working with SAP system, preferably in Controlling and Costing area3. Familiar with office software, especially in excel ,word

4- Fluent English

5- Good Communication skills, Detail / Result orientation

6- Good at Office programs (mainly Excel & Power Point)

7- Responsibility, open, honest, Accurate and organized, Questioning, Discrete.
