Duties and responsibilities:

1. Mapping business requirements to IT solution. Identifying high level changes on components across system and "location" and design of integration between them;

2.Cooperation with IT architecture, Business/System analysis. Proposing technical solutions and alternatives;

3.Help to build and maintain strong system and integration documentation;

4.Often contact with developers and analyst even from The Czech Republic. Possible 1-2 week business trip even to The Czech Republic;

5.As input for design is expected strong understanding of the requirement, knowledge of the designed process and As-Is state and decision of Architecture team which components and technologies shall be used. Physical sources:

(1)Business requirement specification;

(2)As-Is documentation;

(3)Solution Architecture;

6.As output is expected de"script"ion using relevant schemas/ models with short word de"script"ion if necessary in quality which can serve as input for independent work of system analysts and application architects of the used components. There has to be properly described communication including all possible alternative situations between the components/systems/modules regarding decided technologies, company and market standards:

(1)Business process with assignment of activities to relevant components;

(2)Sequence diagram for higher detail of communication between components (in level which will not disturb responsibilities of component architects);

(3)Word de"script"ion if necessary.

Requirements:

1.University degree (preferred in IT or Engineering);

2.Excellent understanding of financial industry processes;

3.Preferred previous working experience in consumer finance ;

4.3+ years of experience in equivalent positions in IT architecture, IT analysis or consultancy;

5.Strong communication and negotiation skills across departments or groups (not only for IT sector);

6.Willingness to say and negotiate even different opinion;

7.Strong analytical thinking;

8.Out of box thinking and technical/ algorithmic thinking and sense for structure;

9.High level of abstract thinking but also sense for detail;

10.Responsibility and willingness to accept personal responsibility for assigned task;

19.Analytical techniques and knowledge of UML & Archimate modeling;

22.Communication modeling (sequence diagram, activity diagram,...);

23.High level knowledge of IT technologies (REST, microservices, rabbit queue, java, RDBMS, e-commerce standards etc.);

24.Enterprise architect, Microsoft office.
