职位描述：

在经理的领导下，对总装项目工程进度和质量、新车型投产的技术资料的完整正确性负责，在项目工程中对相关单位工作进行技术交流和支持，在新车型或者新生产线投产过程中对现场操作者进行技术支持。

Leading by manager, responsible for the TCF project progress, quality, the integrity and correctness of new vehicle technical datum.

In project, exchange with related units. Give the support to operator in new project.

主要职责 Major responsibilities:

对所负责的车型的新工艺的研究、开发、编制及推广工作负责
Responsible for research, development, compiling and promotion of the new technique of the model.

与产品设计工程师共同工作，负责协调产品的工艺可行性
Work with designing engineers and adjust the technique feasibility of the model.

负责该车型总装工艺资料的编制

Compile the technique materials for the final assembly of the model.

对所负责的车型的试制和投产工作负责：

Responsible for the trial production and launch of the model.

负责该车型通用设备的改造或升级调试的技术支持
Technical support for the modification or upgrading test of general equipment of the model.

负责该车型专用设备的准备和购买；
Prepare and purchase specialized equipment of the model

负责该车型的的零部件的认知准备
Prepare spare parts of the model.

负责该车型试制和投产阶段的工艺资料的准备工作
Prepare technique files during the trial production and launch periods.

负责投产阶段的生产组织协调
Organize and coordinate production during launch period.

负责投产阶段整车品质的提升

Responsible for the quality improvement during launch period

与物流、技术部门共同工作，确保总装车间装车的准确、完备性
Work with MP&L and Technology Departments to ensure the assembly is complete and correct in the final assembly workshop.

对所负责的车型在总装内的工艺的执行和实施负责

Responsible for the execution and implementation of the technique at the final assembly stage.

协助车间员工的技术培训工作
Assist the employees' technical training in the workshop.

及时组织解决所负责的车型在总装内出现的技术问题
Work on the technical problems in the final assembly

负责每个阶段经验教训的总结工作
Responsible for summarizing and reflecting on the experience gained at each stage.

降低成本的可行性分析和实施以及效果确认
Feasibility analysis and implementation of cost reduction measures as well as the outcome confirmation.

协助设备维护工程师作好通用工艺设备的维护和改造的工作
Assist the equipment maintenance engineer with the maintenance and revampment of general technical equipment.

负责生产线及设备的安装、调试、验收工作
Responsible for installing, testing and signing off the assembly line and equipment.

负责公司新品开发的总装图纸资料的工艺审查
Review the technical aspect of the final assembly drawing of the newly developed product.

负责总装夹具设计方案的审查和总装夹具设计制造中的技术协调
Review the design proposal of final assembly jigs and provide technical support in designing and manufacturing final assembly jigs.

积极完成组织布置的其他临时性任务
Temporary work assigned by the organization.

任职条件Qualifications:

本科以上学历

Bachelor degree or above

熟悉汽车构造，在汽车总装工艺方面有较好的专业知识和实践经验
Familiar with the automotive configuration and expertise at final assembly technique, both in theory and practice

熟悉总装车间的输送线结构和工艺设备
Familiar with the convey line structure and technical equipment.

良好的敬业精神，团队协作能力强；
Devoted to work and good team player.

熟练运用计算机基础工具（包括Word、Excel、Project、Outlook、PowerPoint）

Skillful in computer operation (including Word, Excel, Project, Outlook and Outlook).
