职位描述
工作职责：
-Control all the product production activities.
- Optimized production capacity and ensure the quality standard, on time delivery and cost target.
- Enforce compliance of production safety by observing unsafe work practices or machine hazards and providing training to workers.
- Keep and improve workshop 5S.
- People management for technical workers including attendance, performance appraisal / goal setting, technical coaching, on-job training and trouble shooting etc. in order to motivate the production team work morale and develop potential workers.
职位要求:
- College degree,major in mechanical or electrical engineering is preferred.
-5years of workshop production management job experience.
- Be familiar with project mode production scheduling, production capacity control and workshop daily operation.
- Proved abilities in direct labor / workers leading and supervision with a broad range of experience.
- Good technical and commercial English; able to communicate with foreigners.
