资格要求： Qualification requirements
1. 大专以上学历，有化工行业工作经历，五年以上采购相关经验，熟悉电气仪表各项性能；

College or above degree, chemical industry experience, 5 year+ experience in procurement, and familiar with

various functions of electrical instruments;

2. 较强的分析判断能力、数据分析能力、沟通能力、谈判能力；

Strong in analysis and judgment capability, database analysis capability, communication and negotiation

capability;

3. 能熟练操作office办公软件；

Skilled at operating office software;
4. 能吃苦耐劳、积极主动、为人正直、诚实；

Able to bear hardships and stand hard work as well as take the initiative, having character of integrity and

honesty;
5. 强烈的团队意识；

Strong sense of team work;

6. 熟练英语、有外资企业工作经验者优先；
Being good at English and having working experience in foreign investment enterprises is preferred.
主要工作职责 Main responsibilities
1. 根据项目请购单要求，负责项目设备采购工作。

Take charge of procurement in terms of Material Requisition;
2. 制定商务比较表，及时向供应商下达采购订单和跟踪采购物料的交货进度。

Prepare commercial comparative tables, place orders to vendors in time and follow up the progress of delivery;

3. 及时了解项目进度并根据项目的具体要求安排物料的交付。

Keep informed of project schedule and organize the delivery of supplies accordingly;

4. 根据项目执行进度及具体要求，制定交货计划，确保准时交货，有效控制项目物料库存。

Schedule the delivery according to project execution progress to ensure timely delivery and effective control of

stock;

5. 与供应商保持良好的沟通，及时协调项目实施过程中的供应问题和满足紧急需求。

Keep good communication with vendors, coordinate the supply issue during project execution and meet the

urgent demand.

6. 定期参与对供应商在交货、质量及服务等方面的评估，并督促供应商有关质量问题和技术改进。

Regularly join the evaluation with vendors on delivery, quality and services etc, supervise and urge quality

issues related to vendors for technical improvement.

7. 参与供应商降低成本活动，对所负责的项目采购物料进行分析，并协助落实成本降低目标。

Join vendors in cost reduction activity, analyze the supplies procured for project he/she is in charge of, and

assist in achieving the target of cost reduction.

8. 及时按照协议要求支付款项，并跟踪付款情况，定期与供应商对帐，确保帐务正确并及时结算。

Make payment timely according to agreement, follow up the payment, check up accounts regularly with vendors

to ensure the correctness of accounts and make timely settlements.

9. 服从内部工作的安排及领导布置的其他工作。

Obey the arrangement of internal work and other assignment from leaders.
