岗位职责： Responsibilities:
1. 协助施工经理完成项目规划、项目手续办理、招投标等前期工作；负责进行现场文明施工管理，发现和处理突发事件；to assist construction manager with the preliminary work of project planning, project schedule handling and the bidding and tendering; to implement management of construction on site, discovering and handling emergencies.
2. 熟悉施工图和有关施工规范及要求，与现场工程师共同完成设计图纸的审核；to be familiar with construction drawings and specifications and requirements related to construction; to conduct design drawing review together with onsite engineer.
3. 根据项目总进度计划，具备协调施工、监理及设计等单位之间以及与其他各专业之间的关系能力；负责组织编制工程施工报表，并向施工经理汇报工程实施进度等各方面情况，对施工进度、质量负责，保证项目如期完成；the capability of coordinate the relationships among construction, supervision and design teams, as well as the relationships among all disciplines base on project master schedule; to prepare project construction documents and report project implementation progress status to construction manager; to be responsible for construction schedule and quality to ensure the project will be completed on schedule.
4. 审查施工组织设计及各项施工方案，跟踪解决施工中出现的具体专业技术问题；to review construction organizational design and construction proposals, following up and solving specific professional technical problems during the construction.
5.现场签证、洽商，进行现场工程量的确认，协助审计部门控制投资成本；to conduct onsite certifications issuing, negotiations or verifications for work quantity on site, assisting audition department with investment cost control.
6. 负责组织阶段性施工质量检查及中间交接/交工验收工作，协助审查竣工资料、过程验收并协助组织竣工验收；to organizes milestone construction quality inspection and medium handover/delivery inspections, assisting with completion documents review and progress inspection as well as completion inspections and acceptances.
7. 审核和办理工程费用支付申请，配合成本部门完成项目工程结算；review and apply the project payment, assisting with project settlement of the department.
8. 完成领导交办的其它临时性工作。To complete other temporary work assigned by directors.

职位要求post requirements

1、大学本科及以上学历；中级及以上职称；Undergraduate Education background or above; medium professional title or above.
2、10年以上工程项目管理工作经验；熟悉建筑、结构知识，了解机电配合内容能独立负责一个完整项目工程技术管理工作；10 years of project management experience; to be familiar with architectural and structural knowledge; to know about M.E. joint contents and to be capable to be responsible for the whole project engineering technical management.
3、精通：项目规划、施工、验收等基本建设程序；工程管理、项目管理等专业技术知识；了解现行施工规范和标准、建筑法规；to have a good command of basic construction procedures such as project planning, construction and inspection; the specialty technical knowledge for engineering and project management; to know about the applied construction specifications, standards and architectural regulations.
4、熟悉和了解：土建、设备安装、给排水、暖通、强弱电施工知识以及建筑（概）预算专业知识；to be familiar with and to know about civil work, equipment installation, plumbing, HVAC, HV&LV construction knowledge and construction budget estimate knowledge.
5、具有现场解决工程实际问题的能力；具有较强协调能力、组织能力和现场解决工程实际问题的能力；具备较强的 人际沟通技能，较强的信息收集和分析综合能力；to possess the capability to solve actual problems on site; strong capabilities of coordination, organization; strong inter-communications skills and comprehensive ability of information collection and analysis.
6、具有高度的责任心与团队协作管理能力、良好的沟通能力；to be of high sense of responsibility and team work as well as communications.
7、具有良好的职业道德。To have good command of occupational ethics.
