岗位职责main responsibilities：

一、督促施工单位按批准的土建施工进度计划完成任务；to urge construction company to complete the tasks based on civil work construction schedules approved.

二、协调现场施工，发现重大质量、安全问题及时报告；to coordinate construction on site, having timely report when finding serious quality and safety problems.

三、负责土建工程的签证量的确认和核实；to confirm and verify the certification quantity for civil project.

四、及时上报甲方采购供应的采购材料，提供材料的规格、数量及进场时间节点给项目经理，审核施工方上报的甲定乙供土建材料的数量及进场时间节点，并对选用品牌的技术要求、质量要求把关；timely report Party A’s material procurement, providing material specs, quantity and arrival time details to project manager; to review the quantity and arrival time from construction team for civil material which is defined by Party A and provide by Party B; and review the technical and quality requirements for the material brand selected.

五、按土建工程施工生产进度要求，配合有关部门做好准备工作，平衡协调各方面的关系，确保工程进度，发现问题及时采取措施，并向上级汇报； to conduct preparation for relevant departments based on civil work project schedules, balancing the relationships of all parties to ensure project schedule, discovering problems, taking necessary measurement and reporting it to the upper levels.

六、负责组织土建工程技术交底，按施工计划组织施工，保证施工工艺符合图纸、规范和规程要求，使工程质量达到标准；to be responsible for civil work technical clarifications; construction shall be organized based on construction schedule, and ensure construction processing comply with requirements of drawings, specifications and procedures; the project quality shall meet the standard.

七、督促施工单位按规定搞好场容、场貌、设置文明施工要求的各种标志、标牌、围墙等，严格执行文明施工的各项规章制度； to urge construction team to conduct housekeeping on site and set all signs and fences based on the regulations and requirements of construction; strictly implement all regulations and policy of construction.

八、负责编制甲供材料、设备的供货计划，按计划检查到货和验收情况；to prepare the supply schedules for material and equipment provided by Party A; review and inspect arrival status according to the schedule.

任职资格qualifications：

一、土木工程或相关专业大专学历，年龄30-48岁；college education background majored in civil engineering or related, aged 30-48.

二、现场土建工程施工的质量、安全、进度、成本控制；experiences of quality, safety, progress and cost control for construction on site.

三、房地产开发流程及丰富的高层建筑工程施工管理经验；familiar with real estate development procedures and rich construction management experience of high level architectural engineering.

四、项目组织管理能力、信息处理能力、沟通能力较强，具有高度的责任心、敬业精神、团队协作精神和良好的职业道德； capabilities of project organization and management, information processing, communication, with high sense of responsibility, professionalism, teamwork and a good work ethic.

五、熟练使用电脑及CAD等制图软件。Proficiency with computer software and CAD.
