职位描述：
l.负责客户开发;维护与客户的良好关系以及建立持久联系
2.承办具体合同谈判以及合同签定后的后续跟踪事宜

职位要求：
1.五年及以上销售管理经验,熟悉保险/酒店/物业管理行业，有相关客户资源者优先考虑；

2.具有良好的人际沟通能力和团队合作精神；
3.良好的销售技巧和销售控制能力；
4.具有一定的文案功底和销售技巧；
5.工作态度端正，努力塌实，富有责任心；
6.熟练使用英语口语，能与客户自如交流；

Job description:

Job requirements:
1. 5 years or above sales management experience, familiar with insurance/hotel/property management industry, the relevant customer resources is preferred;
2. Good interpersonal communication ability and the team cooperation spirit;
3. Good sales skills and marketing control ability;
4. Has certain copy strength and sales skills;
5. Work attitude, and strive to dependably and sense of responsibility;
6. Proficiency in the use of oral English, can communicate freely with the customer,
