工作职责/Job Descriptions:

Process engineer, technical support for sales department, Execution of lab trials and process commissioning on site.

工艺工程师，给销售部提供技术支持，执行实验室实验，在客户现场进行工艺调试。

- Execution of trials and commissioning as scheduled, Evaluation of test results, Documentation of trials and commissioning;

根据安排在公司完成实验和试车，分析测试结果，出具实验和调试报告；

- Definition and discussion of machine setups and screw configurations with customer to achieve good lab trials result;

与客户进行沟通并确定设备的配置和螺杆组合的设计，进而保证实验成功；

- Definition and discussion of machine setups and screw configurations with customer before quotation or contract;

在报价或合同签订前与客户进行澄清设备的配置以及螺杆组合的设计；

- Preparation of documents for Process and Application Technology machine database. For every customer a folder has to be prepared that includes customer information, technical specifications, process description, trial arrangements, screw configurations, test results, satisfaction survey and important communication emails;

为公司的工艺及应用数据库定期更新资料。每个客户需要建立一个文件夹，包括客户信息，技术规格，工艺描述，实验安排，螺杆组合，实验结果，调查报告以及重要的电子邮件备份；

- Process training of customers;

为客户提供工艺培训；

- Process commissioning, optimization and problem solution at the customer’s site;

在客户现场进行工艺调试，工艺优化和提供工艺问题的解决方案；

- Process support to customer and sales;

为客户和销售提供工艺技术支持；

- Execution of necessary maintenance, cleaning and repair work within the lab.

对实验室的设备进行日常维护，清理和维修工作。

任职资格/Qualifications:

- Diploma’s degree or above, major in polymer science, mechanical design or equivalent field, additional mechanical or electrical experiences and background are preferred. Long term practical experience in the field of plastics compounding or extruder industry will be considered as equivalent.

大专及以上学历，高分子材料或机械设计专业，或其他相关专业。另外有机械或电气方面的经验和背景者优先。非以上专业但在塑料配混或挤出机行业有多年从业经验的人士亦可。

- At least 2 years working experience in plastic compounding or extruder industry

在相关领域2年或以上工作经验，塑料配混或挤出机行业优先

- Fluent English language skills (CET6, IELTS or TOEFL certificate will be as plus)

流利的英语读写能力（有英语4级，6级或雅思或托福证书者优先）

- Communicative personality

沟通能力强

- Ability to work structured in an intense work environment

具备适应高强度工作的能力

- Familiar with modern computer systems and standard office software (Master of Excel VBA or Auto CAD will be as plus.)

熟悉相关的办公室应用软件（会Excel VBA或CAD者优先）

- Willing to work both in an office environment and directly in the lab

- Willing to travel
