Job Description:
Before Series Production:
- as Project Manager,report to GM directly
- trainning in Germany.
-Responsible for planning and completing the new Production line transfer from SUSPA Germany to SUSPA Nanjing on schedule.

After Series Production:
- as Production Manager, report to Operation Manager .
- Fully responsible for the production management.

1. Be responsible for product realization to meet the requirements of quality, cost and delivery.
2. Maintaining quality assurance, work safety and environmental standards in manufacturing
3. Continuous improvement of production process quality
4. Continuous improvement of energy consumption and waste.
5. Analyzing, assessing and improving manufacturing jobs and continuous improvement of production organization and production processes.
6. Leading and training the production team.
7. Keeping close communication with Germany
8. Any other tasks as and when assigned by Supervisors.

Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering.
2. At least 5 years' working experience in both production and engineering field
3. At least 3 years' experience in management fields
4. with new product localization project experience is preferred.
5. Strong industrial and manufacturing engineering background in mechanical industry
6. Fluent English, German speaking preferred
7. Strong communication skill and Team-work spirit.
8. Leadership and project management skills
