工作描述
- 对相关媒体进行监测，剪报整理编制数据库，并作简短分析，制作报告为客户与内部使用
- 对相关网站进行搜索整理，将相应的新闻稿进行初步整理
- 项目支持，校对并发布新闻稿件，跟进并处理回函
- 协助进行媒体监测，对市场做基本调查
- 处理前台日常工作，接待访客，接听电话、传真，复印，整理文档，处理信件等
- 根据公司要求，负责日常考勤管理，内务管理
- 协助HR招聘，为员工办理入职/离职手续，对员工档案进行保管和存档

- 公共关系学、广告学以及文秘专业等相关专业优先考虑，大学本科及以上学历，22-25岁，女性，有1-2年工作经验
- 熟练使用办公软件Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Photoshop

- 良好的稳定性
