Job Responsibilities

- Define product program (set-up, adjust, or cancel) according to market needs？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？ ？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？

- Define and implement short & long term product strategy to achieve sustainable growth ？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？

- Ensure profitability through proactive cost management and positioning？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？ ？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？

- Collect, consolidate and analyze market information, including competitors, market trend, as basis for product strategy & management decision？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？

- Coordinate with other teams to create catalogue, leaflets or brochures, other communication materials

Qualifications

- Master degree in Engineering or Engine Management from top university

- 3 year experience in Automotive Industry Aftermarket and diesel products business preferred

- Highly self-motivated, leadership potential, open-minded and entrepreneurship

- Advanced English language skill

- Good commercial/marketing knowledge and skills for diesel products

- Project management experience preferred？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？

- High ability to analyze, solve problems independently？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？

- Able to adapt to new and international environment quickly

- Overseas working or study experience is a plus？？？
