Requested profile of the candidates:

• University degree in Engineering, advantage if completed in Germany
• At least 5 years working experience in production and manufacturing environment, acquired in international companies
• Familiar with state of the art production planning and manufacturing organization of metal process productions
• Familiar with ISO9001, etc.
• Strong communication attitude, self organized and management skills to lead the production team
• Willing to grow and develop the company from a small business stage
• Fluently speaking English, German will be an advantage

Job Responsibilities:

• plan and lead the production and the quality on all workstations
• create weekly shift plans and daily work targets
• report and analyze work performance and deviations
• improve the material consumption and reduce scrap rate
• responsible for all quality checks of incoming and outgoing goods as well during the production
• create and maintain quality inspection sheets and quality instructions
• responsible for quality documentation, filing and samples records
• work close together with our purchaser and suppliers to improve the quality
• train employees to observe quality rules
• reduce rate of quality issues
• setup a maintenance system for all machines and equipment
• setup a bonus system for the workers
