Job Description
Develop and execute the Company strategy and long term-business plan to achieve financial and growth objectives accordingly to BoD guidelines
Develop product portfolio and investment plan, coherently with Company strategy
Act as main interface with JV partners and Government Authorities
Develop and manage overall budget, P&L planning and ensure results in line with targets
Provide regular updates to the BoD on the progress of the business
Contribute to the overall company performance by effective communication and active participation as part of the management team
Continually drive changes to achieve improvements in the effectiveness and efficiency of the operations
Monitor and manage the team, support them in their daily work and be responsible of succession planning, coaching, organizational development (structure & process) and people development (in co-ordination with HR ).
Qualifications:
? Graduate degree in business administration, engineering, or equivalent
Long-standing experience in a top management position for a similar business/industry (8 to10 year's min.) in international companies
Successful work experience in a foreign company abroad China (USA or Europe).
Familiarity with truck market, distribution channels and competitors
Mastery in economic and financial issues
Analytical, strategic and planning abilities
Convincing personality, natural authority, self-assured leader with excellent communication skills
Change management and performance orientation
Team player willing to integrate into the corporate culture
Chinese Mandarin and fluent English required
