The Senior Operation Executive of DECKERS, is responsible for UGG TMALL KIDS /UGG YOHO e-Commerce online store. This engagement is accomplished though implementation of basic store operation, sales plan, merchandise and planning for e-comm, customer service, TP agency management, that represent the brands in a compelling, measurable and effective manner.
Interact daily with all members of the China division and positions elsewhere impacted by the divisions online business. Build and maintain a business relationship with peers and managers by providing prompt and accurate service. Represent the company in a positive and supportive manner at all times.
30% Drive business to achieve annual sales target/bottom line:
? Drive the sales to meet the annual target;
? Work with E-MKT to drive traffic to market place and increase ROAs;
? Discount plan base on e-commerce sales target;
? Manage discount for daily/campaign operation especially D11/D12 big promotion, to achieve gross margin;
? Set up yearly GTM plan, break down to monthly promotion calendar for agency follow;
? Set up weekly/monthly meeting process tracking the TP's performance and review the business achieve rate;
30% Merchandising and planning ability:
? Work closely with planning team, plan the whole year merchandise strategy, especially the D11/D12/new arrival activity;
? Based on the OTB and business structure, to make the buy plan of Kids Store, especially the EX plan;
? Based on the allocation plan, to make Yoho merchandise inline product flow plan;
? Understand OTB process and how to do OTB
? Understand how to analyze the D11 inventory gap, can well explain the entire logic and spreadsheet for this D11;
20% E-commerce operation target:
? CS optimization and KPI;
? BEING THE WINDOW between Deckers and AIC or other government divisions when complaints happen. Fully leverage Deckers’ legal team & brand protection team’s knowledge and support to close all complaints cases.
? Optimize the process among CS, warehouse and system; make D11 big promotion shipment plan starting from the beginning of August;
? To help Ecom team on sales daily data consolidation, monthly report, weekly report consolidation. Also to well file all Ecom related historical data;
? Quarterly monitoring competitors performance and best practice based on ecom manager’s needs;
? Well organize the industry data, compared with brand data, and make comments
20% YOHO platform and other 3rd party platform:
? Set up yearly GTM plan, break down to monthly promotion calendar for YOHO follow;
? Negotiate with category manager for yearly/monthly products plan and activity plan from YOHO to achieve sales target;
? Lead merchandise segmentation/launching plan/inventory manage/logistic plan;
? Working close with e-marketing team for assets, build up the show case with YOHO platform for crossover or KOL cooperation;
? Development of other 3rd party platform
