Duties and responsibilities:

                

？   This position is responsible for managing and operating eCom CRM strategy based on the business goals including re-activation, retention, repeat, maintain current customers satisfaction level and ensure CRM KPIs are achieved in positive trends;

？   Manage and operate eCom CRM strategy based on the business goals including re-activation, retention, repeat, maintain current customers satisfaction level and ensure CRM KPIs are achieved in positive trends;

？   Work closely with internal/external team to help on driving eCom customers satisfaction in luxury standards;

？   Analyze member data and initiative results and determine the opportunities to improve the performance

？   Continually find methods to optimize data and provide solid insights to further engage and arouse customer loyalty;

？   Coach OSAs in the management of their client portfolio with potential knowledge and identification. Follow up the performance of each OSA and identify areas of improvement;

？   Develop internal relationships with Gucci to drive customer’s loyalty by working with online sales associate and core departments (consumer management, merchandising and marketing etc.);

Job Requirements

？   Minimum 3 years of relevant eCom CRM experience from eCom, retail industry, CRM agency or related field;

？   Passionate on activity innovation, a collaborative team player;

？   Deep understanding of the luxury customers, their needs and expectations;

？   Ability to work with tight deadlines and achieve multi-task, proactive & problem solving abilities and high level of flexibility;

？   Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as organizational skills;

？   Digital savvy and good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs;

？   Fluent English speaking & writing.
