Job Title: Master Production Scheduler Master Production Scheduler

Report to: Planning & SOP Manager Asia

Business Unit: DSM Coating Resins Shanghai

Location: Guangzhou

1. pan>The Challenge:
2. To help Resins APC team build up healthy inventory level and fulfil customer order in effective and efficiency way
3. Communication with all sites and sales offices in Asia require excellent communication skills
4. Knowledge of industrial market
5. Sensitivities
6. Negotiation skill
7. Analytical skill

The Position:

1. Leading and driving SOP process for DCR APAC, including participate Monthly Product Review; Participate Capacity review meeting as well as Regional Supply Review Meeting
2. Responsible for inventory control, ensure OWC target are always meet during the year
3. Process Owner for old and slow stocks. Responsible for monitoring & control O&S stocks, as well as off-spec stock control
4. Play facilitator role in demand control meeting, work with sales team to prioritize and optimize stocks to best meet customer requirement
5. In charge of import stock control and replenishment, ensure stock are arrive in just in time with right qty to fulfill local demand
6. Develop all sort of SC report per business requirement
7. Lead and responsible for Master production scheduling, work closely with detail scheduler at site, develop daily production schedule and ensure stock are available to meet customer requirement
8. Ensure material/planning master data is accreted and updated in systems.
9. Continuously improve APC planning process.

The Ideal:

1. University or above or equivalent experience in business administration or other SCM /logistics-related field. Familiar with trade document handling
2. More than 8 years working experience in demand management and master production scheduling, prefer work for multinational companies
3. APICS certificates is a plus
4. ERP knowledge
5. Good command of English
6. Basic knowledge of business steering model and business process
7. Familiar with operating Excel, Access
8. Demand management Experience
