职位描述
JOB PURPOE
1. Develop sea freight strategy and products to generate more volume and drive for cost efficiency;
2. Liaise with carriers, vendors for service quality, cost efficiency. Maintain and further develop relationships with carriers;3. Implement operational improvement and savings initiatives for assigned projects;
4. Analyze and optimize existing sea freight processes where necessary;
5. Partner with cross-functional teams on project scoping and client presentations;
6. Provide hands-on support to regional or international projects when required;
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS
? Solution Management
1. Identify and develop strategy to work with carriers to optimize pricing, core trade lanes and volumes;
2. Update and share market evolutions on the ocean freight market on regular basis;
3. Work with GCN sea freight products manager to build up sea freight products and deployment;
4. Analyse Operational steps for relevance and improvement proposals;
5. Research best industry practices and evaluation to be applied to the operation;
6. Work with Regional Office / Local Procurement team / TSL team for new route / process design for both Import and Export;
7. Communicate with FO team for sea freight products and solution;
8. Work with other Central China Branches to build up synergies for efficiency and productivity;
? Process Management:
1. Define lean standard, lean tools and lean presentation for freight activity;
? Continuous improvement:
1. Freight Process design/integration/monitoring and standardization;
2. Conduct sea freight products training if necessary;
? KPI:
1. Define, deploy, monitor and analyze KPIs on pricing / revenue management;
BASIC SKILL LEVEL REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. At least 7 years of experience in airlines / Logistics industry ,previous experience in Account Management is a plus ;
3. Exemplary interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate at all levels to maintain relationships and cooperation in;4. Advance skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word;
5. Strong organizational skills (prioritize, plan, multi-task, assign, follow and control);
6. Fluent in oral and written English;
7. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills;

6. Management- Prepare and attend regular client meetings, participate in performance review meeting agenda and content in conjunction with Regional / Global Account Manager, oversee internal and external training requirements;
7. Corporate Responsibility- Actively promote and execute corporate social responsibility projects such as carbon footprint emissions reduction, compliance with laws and regulations, ethical business relations, safeguarding of company’s image;
