1.Responsible for the day-to-day recruiting process for retail store positions across mainland China

2.Actively source internal and external candidates for open positions through different channels

3.Build various communication platforms with business to understand needs, collect insights and work closely with HR colleagues to implement employer branding or employee relationship programs

4.Provide reporting including status on open positions, candidate tracking, and other recruiting metrics to evaluate recruitment effectiveness

5.Coordinate and develop special recruiting programs, i.e. - Campus recruiting, junior military officer recruiting and internships for home office and field.

6.Support Greater China HR projects based on the annual HR strategy

7.Other job assignment required by the management.

 

Main skills, competencies and knowledge required主要技能、能力及知识要求: 

Education: 

1.Bachelor degree in business, communications, human resources or related discipline and/or equivalent.

Experience:

2.Minimum 3 years of related working experience in HR about recruiting & staffing function, fashion retail industry is preferred.

3.Previous Recruiting Agency experience preferred.

4.Operations Management experience.

5.Experience in using Recruiting/Selections Systems (i.e. testing, structural behavior interviewing, assessment center).

Skills:

6.Sourcing/recruiting methods.

7.Interpersonal and organizational skills.

8.College recruiting experience.

9.Presentation and training skills.

10.Knowledge of laws affecting recruiting/hiring.
