Job Description

Position Summary:

The purpose of the position is to present the topics Organizational Diagnosis, Organization Design, Organization Transformation, Culture Breeding and Digital People Solution as country level expert, and actively support RO (Regional)/rGBs (Divisions) in their OD interventions as Consultant in those topics.

Job Responsibilities:

Key responsibility 1 – Topic expertise in China

·?????? Topic owner in Organizational Diagnosis, Organization Design, Organization Transformation, Culture Breeding and Digital People Solution at country level.

·?????? Analyze market trend and conduct research in Organizational Diagnosis, Organization Design, Organization Transformation, Culture Breeding and Digital People Solution.

·?????? Build up contacts with external experts/companies for practice exchange.

Key responsibility 2 – Location level organization development competency build-up & network maintenance

·?????? Lead the build-up of capability and readiness of HR BP group in areas of OD expertise on Organizational Diagnosis, Organization Design, Organization Transformation, Culture Breeding and Digital People Solution.

·?????? Influence and consult China HR Leadership team, senior business leaders on strategy implementation, managing change, culture, organization design and digital people solutions.

·?????? Bring global OD perspectives and best practices to local interventions and vice-versa.

·?????? Maintain networking of HR BP and business leaders on OD expertise.

Key responsibility 3 – Consultant support to country/rGBs in organization development interventions

·?????? Identify Bosch China OD opportunities in line with China business strategy. Lead complex country wide OD projects and initiatives in line with China business strategy with both internal resources and/or with external consulting firms.

·?????? Support rGBs in planning and implementation on OD interventions especially in topics Organizational Diagnosis, Organization Design, Organization Transformation, Culture Breeding and Digital People Solution.


Qualifications

·?????? Bachelor degree or above, 10-15 years solid experience in OD area.

·?????? Integrity and maturity in personality.

·?????? Strong and profound knowledge/project experience on Organizational Diagnosis, Organization Design, Organization Transformation and Culture Breeding.

·?????? Experience in digital transformation interventions.

·?????? Conceptual thinking and comfortable with ambiguity.

·?????? Future-oriented and Result-oriented, strong strategic thinking with balance of execution capability.

·?????? Strong stakeholder management and influencing edge.

·?????? Communication with clarity and impact.

·?????? Leadership without authority.
