Job Description
Position Summary:
The purpose of the position is to present the topics C&B at local level expert and actively support HR BP in HRBP team for C&B topics, take role of Junior HR BP to support business leaders/associates in HR whole cycle and tools.
Job Responsibilities:
Key responsibility 1 – HR business partner
- Contribute to the development and execution of the business strategy, driving organizational capability development and representing the people and organization dimension in the regional management team.
- Lead with implementation and coordinating major Human Resources processes (talent attraction, performance management, employee engagement/retention, leadership development, succession planning etc.).
- Collaborate and coordinate with HR COE and HRS to implement HR initiatives in support of the responsible business departments.
- Drive and implement other HR initiatives for all personnel in the region.
Key responsibility 2 – Topic expertise in C&B
- Take charge of RBCN annual salary review/bonus review process
- Collaborate with controlling dept. to complete personnel cost estimation for BP plan
- Analyze market trend and coordinate research in C&B data analytics and methodology, build up contacts with external experts for knowledge transfer.
Key responsibility 3 – Support to HR projects
- Play active role in HR initiative projects as core project member or consultant.
Qualifications
- Bachelor or above, 5+ years professional experience in the HR function. OD or Compensation & Benefit Expert skill will be preferred.
- High energy level, driven with positive enthusiasm and a pragmatic approach.
- Flexible and able to prioritize, deal with change.
- Good project management experience, facilitation skills and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
- Good communication, influencing and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English communicating and writing.
