职位描述
- Receive customer feedback from customer support mailbox (called “mailbox” in below)
- Record customer feedback into required excel log (called “log” in below) from mailbox
- Update feedback status in log when case complete by required deadline
- Prepare customer support monthly report on time
- Consolidate customer feedback and provide proper analysis of customer voice
- Work closely with team leader to identify improvement opportunity from customer feedback
- Support customer open complaint tracking
- Support Customer Centric team with regular report
- Provide structured administrative support base on requirement
