职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure the effective local implementation of corporate level HR initiatives and new programs.
2. Take initiatives in defining HR strategy on attracting, hiring, integrating, developing, managing, rewarding and retaining talents for the sustainable development of company business.
3. Oversee standard recruiting procedures to ensure the company's staffing requirements are met in a timely manner, and interview all candidates.
4. To update job descriptions, analyze position values, and provide employees with fair and appropriate compensation and benefit, to ensure market competitiveness.
5. Be responsible for annual salary & benefits and head count budget, monthly payroll calculation and ensure accuracy.
6. Implement performance review system and career development plans.
7. Develop, implement and oversee the training & development programs to upgrade the skills of the employee and to enhance the company's capabilities to meet business goals and future challenges.
8. Communicate with other departments on HR issues and provide effective service. Establish a positive employer-employee relationship.
9. Build and maintain close rapport with the local authorities and human resources community.
10. To deal with employee relations, resolve labor disputes.
11. Manages administration and office affaires.
12. Manages HR teams to work effectively.
13. Other tasks organized by supervisor.
Qualifications / Requirements:
1. At least 8 years related working experiences, 3 years in managerial level.
2. Bachelor Degree or above with major in Human Resources or related fields.
3. Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, both in spoken and written.
4. With solid leadership capabilities, and know how to lead, motivate and develop teams.
5. Good communication and mature interpersonal skills and customer oriented.
6. Analytical & problem solving skill.
7. Be familiar with labor law and government rules & regulations.
8. Creative thinking & innovation, self-motivation, strong sense of responsibility.
9. Be firm to confront dispute / problem and capable to resolve conflicts.
