职位描述
一、岗位定位：
公司重点培养的业务储备干部，作为公司管理岗的有力后备军。
1.按上级指令联络航空公司或供应商，提供相应资料/文件，完成电子/书面订舱工作。
2.完成订舱工作后，发布货物出运指令，并协调其他部门配合。
3.与公司其他部门主动沟通以掌握货物情况和操作进度。
4.每日关注及跟进所负责货物的出运状态。
4.在系统中录入相关成本，并在公司规定时间内提交。
5.将工作中异常状况及时上报并寻求解决方案。
二、岗位要求：
1.专科及以上学历。
2.专业不限，物流，航运，管理专业优先；
3.要求有一定学习能力，经过培训后能掌握基础航线技能。良好沟通能力及团队合作精神；
4.要求熟练运用OFFICE办公软件等；
5需要有3年工作经验，接受非同行人员。
